I love this card. This may be one of my favs but, it is a toss up between this one and #2 -the copic card. Then again, I really like the watercolor card- #1 and the simplicity of card #3. Wait....now I am confused. Maybe there is something about each that I like. Anyways, this one was done with a rubber brayer roller and Kaleidacolor in desert heat. I love the beautiful backgrounds that using this technique can create. I will post some pictures of other projects that I have done using this technique at the end of this post. You can check them out and maybe try it out for yourself!
Use rubber brayer and Kaleidacolor in desert heat for background on white card stock. Then stamp bold poppies in Memento tuxedo black along with the sentiment. Grab the outline poppy stamp and stamp over one of the black poppy images with silver pigment ink. I used silver Color Box. Used silver embossing powder and heat set and that's it! ohh, and mount to card base. I used core'dinations cardmaker series called pearls in black.
Voila....you now, my friends, have a beautiful background to stamp on! I love this technique and it can be used in so many different ways! I will post pictures of other projects that I have used this technique on.
